Subject: A South American Vacation

I have used services before in the past and was very impressed with both your professionalism and quality of service.  Having said that, I would like to inform you that I am currently planning on another trip back down to Uruguay, Argentina and Chile come this next February.  We are in the preliminary stages and, as such, are not yet in a position to take a firm position with respect to the financing of this trip.  However,I would like you to look over our "tentative plans" and give us an idea as to what this
vacation will wind up costing.
